I have gone for ECG and ECHO twice this year as experiencing the chest pain. This was also normal. But constantly feeling chest pain and left hand pain and experiencing all the symptoms of heart attack. Everyday it is there.. What could be the reason for this pain? Is it related to heart?? There are number of reasons for chest pain not only cardiac. Being all heart related tests normal, propability of having heart issue is very low. Could be issue other than heart. Consult physician. Try to keep BMI below 24
