I fell off my roof hanging lights and my neck is super sore. I have tried to take tylenol and advil but it is not getting any better.

Hello, Its better if you can get X ray neck AP/Lat view to look for spine fracture.

Next Steps

You should get prescribed that Tab Myoril 4g upto three times a day depending upon the need. Also, continue Tab Advil whenever needed. Use cervical collar, volini gel two to three times a day. Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.
