Real long duration of period

Asked for Female, 47 Years

My period started on 2 of this month and proper flow was there for 6-7 days but till date i am having spotting. I am 46 year old and this period started early also. In july my period came on 15 and it was normal ended in 5-6 days.then in August it started on 1st. Till date I am having spotting and all PMS syndromes. Plz help

Hi good afternoon Thnxs for your question I think ur age is near menopause. This means irregular event occurs in pre menopause phase. So my advice is u should do ultrasound of pelvis to evaluate ovaries and uterus.
