repeat Urine Pregnancy Test tomorrow morning in the first urine sample if not go for a blood test called beta HCG which is more accurate

Beter to have a serum beta hcg test . As fainting pregnancy test could be due to decreasing beta hcg and It's could be sign of failing pregnancy.
