Reactive arthritis since2011 ESR20 crp55
I have knee elbow feet shoulder pain.in morning it increases.now I have dynapar 3 times and sazo 1000 twice....applying vovoran ointment. It's been over a month..I was admitted in hospital for 9 days.after discharge few more joint pain have started.the inflammation in pelvis was grade 3.

Your symptoms suggest it's Rheumatoid arthritis i.e. multiple joint pain with swelling. There are many exaggerating factors for it like vit .D or calcium ,B12 deficiency, allergic to certain foods eg sour or fermented foods. Post delivery. According age that deficiency of vit d and calcium. May be possible  RA factor. So  do this test. Otherwise it may be due to bad posture, computer work and prolonged sitting ,gym activity. Start physiotherapy exercise. Do not do oil massage without taking proper guidance. Also avoid hot water application except bath.
