RBS142mg/dl, FBS after 3 months 137mg/dl
I had got RBS of 142mg/dl 3 months ago, HbA1c was 6.2. SGPT 62, and SGOT was 41. Later, after 3 months, when I checked, in glucometer, PPBS was 193mg/dl. Fearing the diabetes I checked in fasting from a different lab, the reading of FBS was 137mg/dl and HbA1c was 6.4. SGPT was 54, SGOT 34. Now am I diabetic or a prediabetic? Do I need to start medications?

You likely do have diabetes, which is recently evolving. Thus your hba1c, which is a historical average of last 3 months may not indicate a value in diabetes zone at the moment. Depending on your metabolic profile, you must consult a Diabetologist soon for best advise, which may just be diet and lifestyle modification at the moment with a close watch. However, let a doctor decide after meeting you
