  3. RBC related question. Doctor i consulte?

RBC related question
(Moderate anisopilkilocytosis microcytic hypochromic RBC's admixed with predominantly normocytic normochromic RBC's noted) in CBC in yesterday test .  I have ibs with constipation from 4 5 month but last 5 five day have I have chest pain and hand pain in left side . What can I do? Can somebody suggest which field doctor I consulte?
