RBC count low but deficiency of iron,b12
My father is not keeping well from past 6 months every doctor we consult diagnose stress/ depression as he is feeling week, sleepy, breath less etc. All test reports are Normal just slight decrease in RBC count no sign of anemia. If any one can advise us what can be the other reason for this symptom so that proper treatment can be given.
