Rashes, redness, small bumps on Glans.

Diagnosed with herpes 2.5 yr back.Had unprotected Oral Sex 1 year back(paid sex), she told that her vagina ich sometime mainly after period. After this i started getting Skin Colored bumps(ignored it as it did not give any problem).  After 5 month, started getting urcers and big pimples on my glans. I had Acivir for 15 days but that also did not help. Had Ayurveda treatment + fulcon for 20 days and ulcers stopped. Right now i small bumps on glans(Skin Coloured),rashes, redness and sometime ich. sometimes white layer on glans when i forget to make glans airdry n when washed goes away. it is not herpes as herpes gives ulcers for short time. this problem is persistent since 9 month. I also tried Candid B cream for 15 days but it gave me some dark skin so I stopped. below are the test which i have taken so far- hiv 1/2 - negative Rpr - negative Urine routene - normal chlamydia igg/iga - negative any more test should i get done?
