Rashes/pain on and around 45days vaccine
On 03July 2024 Wednesday, baby has been vaccinated her 45days vaccination in government primary health center in Tiruvallur,Tamilnadu. From yesterday (5 July) evng there are lot of  rashes around the vaccine site of her left thigh and less rashes around the vaccine sites of her right thigh and right hand. We put icepack after vaccination for 1.5days and there were no swelling. But the rashes arises yesterday evng and baby is crying in pain whenever we touch her thigh. Attached pictures for reference.

use paracetamol 6th hourly and do cold compression on injection sites. use thromboprobe ointment.
