Dear Dr, Please need your Help. My Penis has two three cuts. I am not able to Slide Back the fore skin.(I never had this problem since he was kid it was easily a pulled back till I turned 31 today. I applied betnovate N now the marks have come down but there is lot of redness. Please advise.
