  4. Rashes on my penis. Me what should i do.

Rashes on my penis
I recently noticed rashes on my penis it gets itchy sometimes. I thought applying some moisturizer would help me. But it remains same. The foreskin also tightened now coz of the rashes. Cos of this I find pain while having sex. Pls suggest me what should I do. Thanks
