Asked for Female, 21 Years

Tiny vulval eruptions on labia minora ,4 years are over still not going . Consulted an ayurvedic doc who's is my relative and she said its no big deal .she gave me Himalaya's v gel to use 2 times a day. And the condition is still as it is . I m scared now.what should I do now ?should I visit an allopathic doc?
