Hello ! Looking like a allergic rash . Give syp atarax 10 mg -2 ml twice daily for 2 days, apply calosoft lotion twice daily for 3 days.
Next Steps
Check Wr child plays and sleeps . U shld find out to which she is allergic to whether food , dust. Or insect.
