From past 2 years he is facing same issue, I showed him to skin doctor she changed the soap to teadybar it was gon couple of months but again it is started from past 2 months, it's like itchy. So now I changed to dove soap.

You can use dove soap. Also please remove the ankle thread as it may irritate the skin. If it is itchy give him syrup cetrizine 5ml twice daily for 5 days. Application of calamine lotion three times daily will help.Also check if there is rashes anywhere else like hands,foot, in between toes and inside mouth.If any other family member is involved it could be infections like hand foot mouth infection or scabies
