Hello Drs,
My son is 19months old.He isn't allergic to any food.But since few hrs m noticing some rashes come and go in few mins.He is active,not cranky and not itchy.What could be the reason?We r out on a vacation,is the change in water or outside food? Looking for a response from pediatrician

Most likely allergic rash called urticaria. It will be better is you share pic of rashes. Look for his breathing. If coughing and breathlessness is there then consult some doctor immediately. If only rash without any other symptom then you can give Syrup Atarax 3.5 ml three times a day.

Yes,this IS urticaria,a form of allergy,and could be due to exposure to anything,most probably food.
If mild,no medicine is required,but if problematic,start syp atarax twice a day for 3 days.
