Rashes, high fever, running nose,swellin
My baby is 1 ad half yr old facing red round rashes, very high fever, running nose ,slightly cough, I m attaching picture of rashes , it's been 5 days facing this problem want to know th reason behind that or it is Rosela as I tried to search on net based on symptoms , doc prescription is pcm,Allegra, monoceph,Atarax lotion giving from 3 days but old rashes faded and new developed please help me out
