Rashes around Vegina

Hello doctor, I get red rashes around my vagina after every few days. I maintain a lot of hygiene but still it happens. I get regular white discharge as well. I always try to keep the place dry but whenever the portion gets water, it itches a lot. I do not know what ointment should I use because its a sensitive place, it might cause infection. Can you please tell me the solution. Thank you in advance.
