Hi , my baby girl is 1.5 years preterm..she has history of rashes and her paediatrician suggested to apply cetaphil..past two days she has some kind of rashes around her neck.I am applying coconut oil..would that be fine ? Attached pic for red

Hi. Looks like dry skin. Apply coconut oil and massage and then give bath. Apply cetaphil cream after bath.
