Rash over tip of pennies

Asked for Male, 38 Years

I didn't had a intercourse from around 2 years. Suddenly from yesterday I could see red rash and mild itchy over tip of pennies. I am worried Can any one suggest me what could be the cause and also tell me to which doctor i need to show this.
