Rash on foreskin and scrotum
For past one month I am having rashes on my foreskin and scrotum. Its very itchy sometimes and dry skin is pealing off. Also the shape of the foreskin is changed. Could you please let me know which doctor should I consult. And since this is very sensitive, I am feeling very uncomfortable regarding how to describe my situation to any doctors
