Rapid weight loss and green-black stool

Asked for Female, 1 Years

9months old baby. Having fever, Head becoming of high temperature all day. Face becoming very small. Not eating. Taking a little of breast upon all the multivities given. Becoming very lean and having greenish-black stool for about 6 months. Saw a paediatrician and uptil now no changes. Pls am so worried. And i gave birth to her 3.5kg and shes weighing 6-7kg. And her hair is also going down and chipping

Give 3 each of milk feeds and solid meals,including curd and Banana in the diet. Maintain hygiene. Use paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required.
