The radiation dose received by a patient from CT scan is very minimal and is considered to be within safe limit. Hospitals and imaging centers apply the principles of ALARA (As Low As Reasonably Achievable). This means they make every effort to decrease radiation risk. However, the rule of all or none does not apply here, as the risk of cancer is there even otherwise due to background radiation and other environmental and genetic factors. But for now, you need not worry and please carry on with your daily routine with ease. All the best
