Radiation concern from HRCT scan
I am a 34 years old female. I had a hrct  thorax 1.5 years ago due to covid and now again I had to undergo one hrct thorax which fortunately came normal. However people around me scare me that HRCT causes cancer as I have got 2 done. Please advise if that is really true

2 HRCT's over 1.5 years are not matter of concern Investigations using radiation should be done only when required But if needed and deemed necessary there is nothing to worry Low dose radiation as required in medical imaging is usually not harmful
