The gel is only for temporary relief. You need to visit an Orthopedecian and a Physiotherapist. Proper assessment leads to proper treatment. There can be different causes. What can you do yourself? Learn to relax! Practice relaxation! i.e. loosen up your tummy and shoulders etc. You must feel it! This will lead to core muscle activation and will provide relief.
Next Steps
Consult an Orthopedecian and a Physiotherapist.
