Radiating pain in lower testicular area
Hi, I have increasing pain in my testicular area which radiates till my lower abdomen. This happens randomly and I cannot figure out the actual reason how it starts. But I have noticed that this happens majorly when I am at my girlfriend's place. Please note, she has a place with no bed and no chairs. We sit, eat, sleep on the mattress on the ground. This also happens sometimes when I come out of the bathroom after bathing. When the pain starts, I have a "pulling" feeling in my testicles ALL THE TIME during this pain. Also, Whenever I cough, sneeze, blow out air a little to roughly in any way, it causes immense pain in the right lower abdomen and when I keep a hand on my lower abdomen while coughing or anything of that sort, I feel as if something will explode out of there. When I hold my right lower abdomen firmly with my hand, and then cough, there is no pain in coughing/sneezing. Can someone please help ASAP as this is not letting me even stand up, let alone walk.
