Radial Styloid Process Slightly Dislodge

My mom's wrist of right hand is suffering pain. Just beneath where the thum bone ends (scaphoid), styloid process of the radius is emerged out. A small horny projection is visible on the skin. This problem has been for a year or more. Now, some little pain has also started in index finger of the same hand. Looking for your sincere response. Thanks
