I was recently bitten by a dog. Bit was minor but drop of blood came out. I went to hospital and since it was Raksha bandhan only staf was there. I have following questions please help. I am panicking.
1)My 0 day vaccination was on Gluteal region. Is it effective there. WHO recommends on deltoid muscle. Should i start my regime again . It has been just 24 hours
2) No TT injection was given to me. Should i go again and ask for TT shot? Still less than 48 hours have passed.
3) Vaccine recommended was Thrabis vaccine which is 3 does vaccine. Read about it online it is newly launched. Is it safe or should i got and start again with new vaccine in deltoid region ?
Please help i am panicking.

Rabies vaccine is needed . Was it a stray dog or pet ?
But not in the gluteal region -it’s not valid
Deltoid muscle or anteriolateral part of thigh(outer side of the thigh)
So please repeat your vaccine and TT vaccine can be put too.
