Kinydly don't discontinue the vaccination without consulting your physician. It is not advisable to discontinue the vaccination course in half way.

If you started vaccination, you should have finished it. Your vaccination should not depend on the observation of the dog. Please seek your physician for further steps. And the dog is fighting with other strays that is absolutely normal for them.
