Hello, Sir or Madam.
I have a little weakness in my hands and weak legs. I feel numbness in my hands in the morning. I get tingling cramps if I sleep on my hands, and if I sit for a long time. So I approached a neurologist. He suggested a few tests, one of which is the ra factor.
I did the ra factor test first (immudrby method) and in that report the normal range was 0-14. I got 16. So I got doubts and went to another lab. Now they did the latex aggulation method and said negative. Now I am completely confused again. I went to the doctor. Now he suggested an anti-CCP test. It also shows a negative. I also did
crp and esr, and both didn't have any inflammation. I don't have any pain but weakness and numbness if I put pressure on it. After googling, I came to know there are many other tests if ra is positive and ccp is negative. I'm doing well and do not have any complaints about Ra. Kindly advise
