Please suggest what treatment or medication is there for quitting smoking. Currently I smoke around 7 8 cigarettes a day. Need help immediately.

Depending on ur pack years we recommend u nicotine gums/ patches or other forms to help u quit smoking

You cannot stop it suddenly ...quit smoking gradually from 7-8 bring it down to 5 then 4 and then to 1  and with that you can chew nicotine gums for 8-12 weeks to help you with withdraw symptoms
