Quit Smoking & ED, PE. Smoking, ed & pe!

I met a road accident in 1997, which resulted dry gangerene in my right foot. Vein was taken from inner thigh and grafted near calf muscles, but my forefoot is deshaped till the date. No nails in toes, ankle joint is restricted, foot is in planter flexion, some muscles are arteries are degenerated. However i'm living my life with some problems. I got married in 2006, though i had a problem of PE since then only, but I blessed with three children. In December, 2016, i lost my erection suddenly during the intercourse, since then i never got full erection unless i used ayurvedic medicines. I have a problem since eariler time of not getting erection for second successive intercourse. I'm addicted to smoking, having gastric problem (take pills daily before bf), do not like milk, pre diebetic and short tempered too. Plz help me to get rid off:- smoking, ED & PE
