I have pain in my abdominal area from last 15 to 20 days. i went to a doctor and she prescribed me 4 to 5 types of medicines after seeing report such as usg, urine test and blood test . I have taken these medicines for 4 days . Today is the day of my menstrual bleeding but the menstrual bleeding not occurs, so i done the  pregnancy test by using prega news kit and the result comes positive . After seeing the result i become very happy . But now i have one question in my mind that those medicines which i have taken 4 to 5 days before are safe for my baby or not, is those medicines produce any side effects to my baby or not . Please reply to my question as soon as possible because i am worrying a lot about that.
