My partner had an suction evacuation of the remaining tissue left in the uterus on 26th of sept and today is 7th oct. Is it safe now to have a physical relation? If not then how many days will it take time to recover the uterus?

Suction and evacuation is like abortion U should avoid physical relation for 6 weeks...for her body not only uterus to recover. Also get her HB checked
