QUERY REGARDING HIV TRANSMISSION.

I was pricked by a needle of the syringe on 19th April 2020 which I had administered to my father. So, I went for his HIV, HBsAg and Anti HCV Test on 20th April 2020 which came out to be negative but I was later on told that there is a window period. So, again got him tested on 02nd June 2020 and his reports still came out to be negative but I was still worried. So, I went for my testing on 14th July 2020 i.e. after 84 days since I was pricked by the needle on 19th April 2020. My report cane out to be negative for HIV, HbsAg and Anti- HCV. I want to ask that are 84 days enough period for virus to show on the blood test ? Do I need to get tested again or is the report that came after 84 days reliable enough ?
