I am a married woman, and I have PCOD. After my marriage, I took medication for PCOD, but it did not suit me and led to ulcers. So, I stopped taking the medicine after completing the course. Since then, my cycle has become irregular. For the past two months, I have noticed brown spotting around the same date (sometimes a little before or after), but there has been no proper menstrual flow. I am not interested in taking medicines. Is there any natural cure for this? What could be the reason for the brown spotting?
