My mother had mitral valve repair in 2009 and left above knee amputation in Jan2021 and currently she is taking below medicine -
1-Rivaroxaban 20mg 1 dose
2-Ecosprin 150/20 1dose
3- Betaloc 25mg 2 dose
Can you please help me the with the below two queries:
1- Ecosprin 150/20 quantity is fine or shall we change to Ecosprin 75/20?
2- My mother is still feeling the phantom pain.how to reduce this pain?

Generally a dose of Ecosprin 75 is sufficient. But if a doctor is giving a high dose of 150mg, there must be a reason for that. Decreasing dose without a proper consultation with a doctor is not advisable. Kindly consult with your doctor as to why is she being given a high dose and can it be decreased.
Regarding the phantom pain, it’s best to consult an orthopaedician
