Query for usg
I had sex on 10 th April, my boyfriend pulled out. I further had periods on 12-15 th April, then on 9-12 th may. I got two home pregnancy tests done on 27 th may and 30 th may. Both negative. I got my 3 rd periods on 4-6 th june. I got a transabdominal-usg done on 5 th june. Nothing could be found. Was it too early after sextual intercourse to see anything related to pregnancy on the usg??? I'm here by attaching the rpleas please go through it.  Please reply please. Is there any hidden pregnancy??

You have mentioned that you had sexual intimacy on 10 April. You have not mentioned any other episodes of sexual intimacy.  If 10 April was the only time you had sex and if you had conceived on that day you would have been four months pregnant and diagnosis would have been visible by now. Ultrasound scans can never miss a 4 month  pregnancy if the Doctor knows how to do an ultrasound scan.
