The CRP in a nonspecific biomarker. It may be abnormal in innumerable conditions.
Your sugars being higher calls for action. Though it signals an abnormal metabolic marker and long term risk marker it has been shown to improve with good control.
Assessment of cardio risk is warranted; take help of your diabetologist
Crp level of 0.4 is in normal range
Fasting sugar of 155 is high at the age of 40
You should be treated for this otherwise it has some bad effects on the heart
