I am 3+2 days pregnant had some spotting not requiring a pad red brown and pink got bloods taken chg 181 48 hrs later 250 doctor says its with eptopic or miscarriage but I dnt agree and would like a second opinion

Get an ultrasound done to clear your doubts along with a betahcg blood pregnancy test.
It might be blighted ovum
However till the time diagnosis is not done take pregnancy support pills like folic acid,susten etc.
