Hi mam my doctor has prescribed progesterone vaginal tablet for spotting morning & night. Iam a working women how can I use tablet in morning , can I walk once I insert progesterone tablet vaginally. I want to travel in both bus and train.

Rest for about 20 to 30 mints after insertion then it ok to do any work. But as u complain of spotting. U should rest and avoid heavy work , long travels and longer standing.
