I am pregnant. And my last month period is 13may but my sonography report show now only 5 week 6days of my pregnancy.. but 13 may to July count it Should be 8 week now .. but how can 5 week ?? I am woorried about this please suggest me.

May be you have conceived late.If your menstrual cycle is irregular then possibility is there.Repeat the ultrasound scan again after 2 weeks .If growth is there means you have conceived late.Take bed rest and continue the folic acid.
