Query about pcos
Hello doctor, I'm 25 years I have PCO .my reports say that I have polycystic ovaries with both ovaries show central stromal hyperplasia and multiple 8-10,3-5mm size follicles placed peripheral...and left ovary is enlarged and right ovary is normal in size..what does it mean and is it serious issue what all symptoms I will face in this and how to overcome this plz suggest me.

If you have other symptoms also like obesity, extra hair on legs and face and iregular periods always  and sonography  report then only we can confirm. Not one single report with cyst  will confirm pcod

Pcod is a hormonal disorder n simple life style changes and medicines will help. But it will depend on your hormonal profile

Polycystic ovaries is a metabolic disorder mostly due to insulin resistence & androgen excess. Hormone profile & some other blood tests are required to assess the severity. If you want to know more, contact me privately.
