We use unwanted kit first tablet mifepristone first day After 24 hour misoprostol 4 tablet one day heavy bledding and pain Second day normal pain and normal pain but bleeding also come toilet time My medicine work properly or I need to worry about it please help and day of baby 24days I need your help j

Hi This is Dr Amishi Vora Thanks for ur query After medical abortion if any doubt regarding the bleed it is definitely better to do an ultrasound scan of the pelvis to rule out any retained bits or continuation of pregnancy

Get usg abdomen and pelvis scan for RPOC . If products of conception retained can lead to sepsis and death of the mother !
Next Steps
if heavy continous bleeding go to hospital asap if delayed can cause death of mother also !
