Hi I am a natural bodybuilder and has never used any steroids or protein supplements.Because of some reasons i have to rely only on home delivery meals and their i dont get that much fruits. So i am planning to take cobedex multivitamin and eivon 400 to fulfill the need of vitamin in my body.So my question is will it be safe to use in a low dose? And can i consume these two capsules together?
