Hi Doctors,
I have been infected with a dengue 7 years ago and now I have to go to bangalore where the cases has surged. I got to know that getting dengue again can be more dangerous so I am worried little bit. Is there any way to prevent the infection if possible, any medicine which can keep the immunity strong to prevent the infection.
Please suggest.
