I am a mother of 53 days old baby boy. I have not enough breast milk. Because when I pump my breast, very small amount of milk come out. There is no enough milk flow. How to increase breast milk?

Hi, You can follow these methods: 1. Ensure that baby is latching well and removing milk efficiently from the breast 2. Feed your baby more frequently-on demand at least 8 times in 24 hrs 3. Switch your baby from one breast to the other; offer each breast twice ensure your breasts are emptied well ; 4. You can express after breastfeeds to make sure do not go longer than 5 hours without milk removal 5. When your baby is feeding, compress your breast to aid milk flow as this will also encourage more effective sucking 6.
