Pyogenic granuloma and low haemoglobin

Which is the best place to treat pyogenic granuloma in kolkata? I have very low haemoglobin .the last time i checked it was 6.4 . Its been like that since i was a teenager. I am a 46 year old female. How can this be treated ? I have already been operated on for pyogenic granuloma twice but it is regrowing within weeks and profusely bleeding. Do i need to be worried about it? Can laser treatment help? Of so , please recommended the best place.
