Pvd right leg 85% and left 75% blocked

Pain in both leg since 1 year cusulted Dr at solapur they diagnosed as pvd suggested for axilobifemorial bipass grafting today 18/3/2017 cusulted to jaudev blore they told to come back on 28th of this month for checkup I'm worried that if i delayed surgery it may go to very serious stage please help
