I have under went dental treatment and have used antibiotics during that time I have given my semen analysis test I have got pus cells 24-26 so does taking antibiotics increase my pus cells in semen

no,if u have given semen after taking antibiotics even then pus cell present,its serious matter,
if antibiotics started after this test,then repet it n 1 more tests for confirmation
